Detective Keith Dressel, aged 35, was a dedicated officer with the Toledo Police Department's Vice/Narcotics Section Special Enforcement Division. On the night of February 21, 2007, Detective Dressel and another detective were investigating a drug deal on Ontario Street, near Bush Street.
