Christopher Bourn, 31, a Black man, was shot and killed just after 1 a.m. on July 6, 2025, outside Agenda Sports Bar & Grill on Matzinger Road in north Toledo. Responding officers found four people struck by gunfire; Bourn was discovered in the street with at least one gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at the scene. The Lucas County Coroner later confirmed he died of a gunshot wound to the head and ruled the death a homicide.
