On the night of December 18, 2024, at approximately 10:30 p.m., Toledo police responded to a ShotSpotter alert and reports of a person down in the 200 block of Winthrop Street. Upon arrival, officers discovered 21-year-old Taesean Winn suffering from at least one gunshot wound. He was immediately transported to a local hospital for medical treatment.
