Daryl Anthony Foster III, affectionately known as "Jay," was a 20-year-old African American man from Toledo, Ohio. On August 7, 2021, Jay was tragically shot and killed following an argument with another man at the Linda & Susan Arms Apartments on South Byrne Road. The incident occurred just before 5 p.m., and despite being taken to St. Vincent Medical Center, Jay succumbed to his injuries.
