Scott Gallagher, a 58-year-old man from Toledo, OH, was fatally shot on the night of July 4, 2022, at the corner of City Park and Greene Street. He was shot in the chest and later pronounced dead at St. Vincent Medical Center. The Lucas County Coroner's Office ruled his death a homicide.
