Victor Savage, a 41-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically passed away on February 25, 2020, in Toledo, Ohio. He was found shot in the head inside a central Toledo home where he was doing renovations. Savage's friend went to check on him and found the doors locked, prompting the homeowner to unlock the door and discover Savage with a gunshot wound to the head.
