Jaden Skaggs, a 15-year-old student from Waite High School in Toledo, Ohio, tragically lost his life on April 10, 2023. The incident occurred shortly after 5 pm at the Ravine Park Village Apartment complex in East Toledo. Skaggs was found with multiple gunshot wounds in the parking lot of the apartment complex.
