Tyler Alan Welling, a 26-year-old from Tracyton, Washington, was last seen on June 30, 2014. That evening, Tyler was spotted at a tavern in Tracyton before his car, a silver 2003 Nissan Maxima, was later found several miles away. On the same day, several witnesses reported seeing a person in distress in the water near Tracyton Beach Road and the Rocky Point Peninsula, prompting authorities to initiate a search and rescue operation.
