On a summer evening in 2014, 26-year-old Tyler Alan Welling was last seen at a tavern in Tracyton, Washington. He was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, an image that would later be circulated in hopes of finding him. What began as a seemingly ordinary night out took a bewildering turn, leaving his family and friends in a state of prolonged uncertainty and distress.
