Antonio Johnson, a 19-year-old male from Euclid, was tragically shot multiple times in the chest on November 24, 2021, in University Heights, Ohio. He was found inside a crashed car on Scholl Road, and despite being rushed to University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center, he was pronounced dead from his injuries. Witnesses reported seeing two individuals, believed to be teenagers, running from the scene.
Following the incident, the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation and University
Heights police launched an investigation. Two suspects, Isaiah Myles Allen and Anthony Gerald Otis Jr., both 17 years old at the time, were eventually arrested and charged with aggravated murder, murder, felonious assault, and aggravated robbery. They are currently being held in the Cuyahoga County Jail and are expected to be tried as adults.
Authorities believe that at least one other person, who was directly involved in the murder, remains at large. The investigation is ongoing, and the University Heights Police Department continues to seek information from the public to help identify and apprehend the remaining suspect.
The case has drawn significant attention, and Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the remaining suspect.
