Raymond Jones, a 38-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically lost his life on February 22, 2022, in Akron, Ohio. His death occurred during a SWAT operation at a residence on Ritchie Avenue. Jones was found deceased in the living room alongside Lawrence LeJames Rodgers, a 21-year-old male, both having sustained gunshot wounds to the torso. The circumstances surrounding their deaths were initially unclear, but evidence suggested that Jones was a victim of an earlier homicide.
