Cortez Lee Davis Sr., a 35-year-old African American man from Akron, Ohio, tragically lost his life on January 21, 2021. He was fatally shot in the 1200 block of Park Lane Drive, a dead-end street with brick duplexes. When police arrived at the scene, they found Davis near one of the homes, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
