Elchin Khalilov, a 29-year-old male, was tragically shot and killed during a robbery at his cellphone repair store, FixER Electronic Repair, on North Sharon Amity Road in Charlotte, North Carolina, on January 14, 2019. Khalilov, who had moved to the United States five years prior to his death, was known for his friendly and helpful nature. On the day of the incident, Khalilov was cooperating with the suspect and did not resist, yet he was still shot and killed.
