On September 10, 2005, Jimmelle Moore, a 32-year-old man, was fatally shot in Akron, Ohio. The incident occurred around 12:30 a.m. at the Comfort Zone Night Club, located at 1655 S. Hawkins Avenue. According to reports, Moore was involved in an altercation inside the nightclub. After being shot, he ran across the street to a nearby gas station to seek help but was later found unresponsive.
