Sterling Parker, a 25-year-old man from Toledo, OH, tragically died on October 23, 2019. He was shot outside Walle Rockets Bar on Upton and Sylvania Avenue around 2 a.m. The incident occurred when Parker attempted to intervene in a fight between two women, one of whom was his sister.
