Jacques Elkins, a 21-year-old male, tragically lost his life on October 1, 2021, in Akron, Ohio. Elkins was the victim of a shooting incident that took place in the East Akron area, specifically on James Ingram Way. According to reports, Elkins was driving eastbound through Joy Park Homes when an unknown assailant or assailants began firing at his vehicle.
