Richard Isaac, a 35-year-old man from Dayton, OH, tragically lost his life on January 17, 2022. He was pronounced dead at Miami Valley Hospital following a shooting incident at a house in the 4500 block of Richland Drive in Riverside. The incident also resulted in the death of another man, Mark Osborn, aged 52, and injured a woman who was treated and released from the hospital.
