Robert Traylor, a 22-year-old African American male from Riverside, Ohio, was fatally shot in the early hours of July 1, 2018. The incident occurred around 1:18 a.m. in the parking lot of a United Dairy Farmers convenience store located at 3026 Harshman Road in Dayton. Upon arrival, Dayton police officers found Robert Traylor with a gunshot wound to the abdomen.
