Jeffrey L. Lewis, a 54-year-old resident of Dayton, Ohio, was found dead on November 17, 2013, in his home on England Avenue. The discovery was made by an individual who then contacted authorities. According to investigators, Lewis had been deceased for over 24 hours before his body was found. When the Dayton Police Department arrived at the scene after 11 a.m., they found him lying on the living room floor.
