LaVar Bagley, Sr., a 43-year-old African American man from Trotwood, Ohio, tragically passed away on September 11, 2020. He was known for his vibrant personality and dedication to his family and community. Bagley was a graduate of Paul Laurence Dunbar High School and had received training as an HVAC technician from Sinclair Community College. He was a beloved member of the First Baptist Church of Ridgewood Heights and later developed a closer relationship with Allah .
