Dallas Lee Draughn, a 19-year-old male from Dayton, Ohio, tragically lost his life on August 2, 2015. Draughn was shot multiple times outside an apartment building on Huffman Avenue. The incident occurred shortly after 10:30 p.m., when a man was seen driving by the apartment buildings and firing a weapon. Draughn was taken to Miami Valley Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries early the next morning.
