Hillary Farr, 17, was shot on Sunday night, September 14, 2025, on the 3800 block of Alvin Avenue in Dayton. Officers responded around 8:30 p.m. and found a teenager with a gunshot wound; he was taken to Miami Valley Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The Montgomery County Coroner's Office identified the victim as Hillary Farr.
