Nicholas P. Cumer, a 25-year-old Caucasian male from Washington, Pennsylvania, tragically lost his life on August 4, 2019, in Dayton, Ohio. Nicholas was in Dayton as part of his internship with the Maple Tree Cancer Alliance, where he had recently been offered a full-time position. He was a graduate student pursuing a master's degree in cancer care from Saint Francis University. Nicholas was known for his dedication to helping others and had completed over 100 hours of community service.
