Devin Moore, a 19-year-old African American male, was tragically found dead on April 15, 2016, in Orlando, Florida. His body was discovered in the front passenger seat of his Honda Civic on Hyland Oaks Drive, with a fatal gunshot wound to the head. The incident occurred around 9 p.m., and his death was immediately ruled a homicide. Devin Moore had recently graduated from Forest Lake Academy in Apopka, and his untimely death left the community in shock and mourning.
