Travis Smith, a 37-year-old man from Dayton, OH, tragically passed away on June 29, 2016. His death was the result of a gunshot wound sustained in his home. Smith was found in the bathroom of the house he shared with his girlfriend, Nina Davis, and their children. The bullet had struck his right lung, heart, and liver before exiting his lower back.
