On November 11, 1993, in Laurinburg, North Carolina, 28-year-old Robin G. McLaughlin, a Black male, was tragically killed by gun violence. This incident also claimed the lives of two other individuals: 25-year-old James Antonio White and 21-year-old Ronald Eugene Everett.
