Latrell Deondrick Allen, a 25-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on April 30, 2017, in Laurinburg, North Carolina. He was pronounced dead at Scotland Memorial Hospital. The incident occurred at Scotland Manor Apartments on Charlotte Street, where Allen was found unresponsive from a gunshot wound. Despite efforts to perform CPR, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
