Shaniece Moore, a 26-year-old woman from Memphis, Tennessee, tragically lost her life on October 3, 2021. She was shot to death in a car outside her home on Madeline Circle in the Frayser neighborhood. Witnesses reported seeing her boyfriend, Cornelius Williams, following her with a gun before shooting her in the chest. The couple had been arguing earlier that day.
