Ashley Gillard, a 30-year-old woman from Memphis, Tennessee, tragically passed away on September 27, 2021. She was involved in a heated argument with her neighbor, Eleesha Tolbert, which escalated to the point where Tolbert fired a gun. According to witnesses, Gillard confronted Tolbert after she fired a "warning shot" near children, and during the confrontation, Tolbert shot Gillard. Gillard was taken to Regional One Medical Center but later succumbed to her injuries.
