In the light of a September afternoon in 2014, a trip to a local Target in Memphis, Tennessee, turned into a scene of devastating violence for 33-year-old Torhonda Cathey. As she was leaving the store on Colonial Road during her lunch break, she was confronted by a man who would tragically end her life. The female victim was shot once while seated in her car.
