Torhonda Cathey, a 33-year-old woman from Memphis, TN, was tragically shot and killed on September 8, 2014, in the parking lot of a Target store in East Memphis. The incident occurred during her lunch break, and she was shot multiple times by Ronald Ellis, a former Memphis firefighter.
