Norman Antoine Gilmore, a 26-year-old Black male, was tragically shot and killed on February 2, 2006, in Charlotte, North Carolina. The incident occurred at approximately 2:47 AM in front of the Liquid Lounge nightclub located at 129 West Trade Street. Upon arrival, officers and medical personnel found Norman Gilmore suffering from a gunshot wound. He was transported to Carolinas Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead at 3:04 AM.
