Darius Fredicko Drummer, a 42-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on June 6, 2021, in Charlotte, North Carolina. Darius, affectionately known as "Moosey," was a well-known figure in his community. He was shot multiple times in a violent altercation on Ellington Street in the Grier Town area of Charlotte. Emergency responders found him dead at the scene.
