In the early evening of March 11, 2013, Constantine 'Bilbo' Terance McNutt, a 41-year-old man, was fatally shot in Memphis, Tennessee. The incident occurred around 6:43 p.m. at a rental property located at 3239 Forest Glen. Mcnutt was at the property for work when he was confronted by two unidentified men.
According to witnesses, two male suspects, both described as Black and armed with handguns, approached Mcnutt.
During the encounter, one or both of the suspects opened fire, striking Mcnutt. Emergency services were called to the scene, and he was quickly transported to the Regional Medical Center. Despite the efforts of medical staff, he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead.
In the aftermath of the shooting, the Memphis Police Department launched a homicide investigation.
