Jermaine La'Tray Flowers, a 20-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on September 12, 2011, in Rocky Mount, North Carolina. On that fateful night, Flowers was inside a house on Sunset Avenue when an unknown assailant fired multiple rounds into the residence.
