Jahmel Montey Dales, a 22-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on December 18, 2017, in Rocky Mount, North Carolina. The incident occurred in the 1100 block of Niblick Drive, a neighborhood just off Goldrock Road. Jahmel Dales died as a result of a shooting that took place in the area.
