Namir Rashan Davis, a 22-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on September 1, 2019, in Rocky Mount, North Carolina. According to reports, Namir was shot and killed on the 100-block of St. Francis Court. The Rocky Mount Police Department responded to the scene and found Namir deceased from a shotgun blast to the right side of his face. Another man with him was also wounded.
