Anthony Ryan Hilliard, a 30-year-old male, was tragically killed on September 4, 2018, in Rocky Mount, North Carolina. The incident occurred early in the morning at a home located at 1901 Forest Wood Road. Hilliard, along with two other men, was found inside a pickup truck that had crashed through a neighbor's fence. The other victims were Mustafa Yousef Shabaneh, 33, who was pronounced dead at the scene, and Randy Navoro Williams, 32, who was injured but survived.
