Daniel Steven Pierce, a 22-year-old male from Rocky Mount, North Carolina, was tragically killed on July 7, 2019. The incident occurred around 4:30 p.m. in the parking lot of the Fuel Doc gas station located at 1108 Cokey Road. Pierce was found with at least one gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at the scene. The Rocky Mount Police Department responded to the shooting call and initiated an investigation into the circumstances surrounding his death.
