Michael Tavira, a 21-year-old male, was tragically killed in a shooting incident on February 2, 2015, in Rocky Mount, North Carolina. The incident occurred at a home located at 226 Jefferson St. around 9 p.m. on that fateful night. When officers arrived at the scene, they found Michael Tavira and a 17-year-old boy suffering from gunshot wounds.
