Dominic Mercer, a 34-year-old man from Rocky Mount, North Carolina, tragically lost his life on December 26, 2020, due to a shooting incident. The incident occurred around 11:30 a.m. in the 1100 block of Long Avenue, where police responded to reports of shots fired. Upon arrival, they found Dominic Mercer deceased at the scene.
