Terrance Donnell Johnson, a 26-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on February 21, 2016, in Fayetteville, North Carolina. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning near the intersection of Charmain and Etta streets, close to the Shaw Heights subdivision off Murchison Road.
