On August 20, 2024, 34-year-old Anthony Alexander Douglas was fatally shot in Fayetteville, North Carolina. The incident occurred in the 200 block of Early Street, where officers responded to a 911 call at approximately 2:52 p.m. Upon arrival, they found Douglas suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was promptly transported to Cape Fear Valley Medical Center, where he succumbed to his injuries.
