Albert Brice Shelton Jr., a 37-year-old male of African American ethnicity from Salisbury, NC, tragically died on December 17, 2016, from a gunshot wound. Initially, the emergency call reported a possible cardiac arrest, but upon arrival, police discovered that Shelton had been shot. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning in the 700 block of Victory Street.
