Aaron Phillip Vaughn, a 37-year-old African American male, passed away on October 11, 2014, in Salisbury, North Carolina. Born on September 21, 1977, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Aaron was the son of Celester Vaughn Sr. and Dolores Gastion Vaughn.
