Henry Lee Wilder Jr., a 33-year-old male of African American ethnicity from Salisbury, NC, tragically passed away on June 8, 2020, at Wake Forest Medical Center in Winston-Salem. He was critically injured during a late-night shooting on June 7, 2020, in the 800 block of Green Street, located off Bringle Ferry Road. The incident occurred around 10 p.m., and Wilder was transported to the hospital in critical condition, where he succumbed to his injuries early the next morning.
