On August 10, 2024, at approximately 5:30 a.m., the Salisbury Police Department responded to reports of a shooting at a residence on Rowan Mill Road in Salisbury, North Carolina. Upon arrival, officers discovered 80-year-old Charles William deceased from gunshot wounds while seated in his recliner.
