Michael Duren Faulk, a 44-year-old man from Salisbury, NC, tragically died on May 28, 2018. On July 25, 2018, Tracy Maurice Pruitt, a 50-year-old Salisbury resident, was charged with Faulk's
murder. Pruitt was arrested without incident at his place of employment and was held in the Rowan County Detention Center without bond. Pruitt had a history of misdemeanor convictions, including assault on a female, larceny, and breaking and entering.
