Charles George Brown, a 46-year-old man from Fayetteville, North Carolina, was tragically shot to death on February 10, 2017. The incident occurred in front of a garage on the 400 block of Hillsboro Street. The Fayetteville police quickly launched an investigation into the murder, which led to the arrest of Keyshawn Tyrone Matthews, a 31-year-old man.
