A verbal argument involving 43-year-old Timothy Nakamoto and his older brother, Daniel Nakamoto, 45, turned into a physical fight.
The altercation culminated in a shooting that claimed both of their lives.
Officers responded to the scene at approximately 6:59 p.m. to find a chaotic situation. Daniel Nakamoto was pronounced dead at the restaurant. Timothy Nakamoto, who was an Asian male, was critically injured and transported to Cape Fear Valley Medical Center, where he succumbed to his injuries later that evening.
