Wanda Taylor, a 50-year-old African American woman, was tragically shot and killed on July 8, 2018, in Lexington, North Carolina. The incident occurred at a home on Lanie Creek Drive, where Wanda was visiting her sister and her sister's fiancé, Gregory Kennedy. According to the Davidson County Sheriff's Office, deputies found Wanda Taylor dead inside the home, having suffered fatal gunshot wounds.
