Ja-Sel Orr, a 3-year-old African American girl from Lexington, North Carolina, tragically passed away on March 4, 2022, after sustaining severe injuries on March 2, 2022. Ja-Sel was discovered inside a smoking apartment in Lexington after a 911 caller reported seeing blood on the steps and a gun in the parking lot. She was rushed to the hospital but succumbed to her injuries two days later. The police found two men, Lionel Coker and Robert Lee Stowe, dead at the scene. The cause of death for the ...
